[Clamav-announce] Recommended update to 0.90rc3

Dear ClamAV users,

all users of ClamAV 0.90rc2 with experimental code enabled
(--enable-experimental) are highly encouraged to update to
0.90rc3 in order to avoid stability problems which might
occur after a phishing database update planned on
Wednesday, February 14.
