Since MailFollowURLs isn't supported, yet, under Windows it doesn't
matter. I have started work on removing the dependency on Curl for
the MailFollowURLs code; once I've completed that it will be easier to
support that functionality under Windows. It's going to take some
time to complete since there are some features that I will need to
support but am yet to complete, so be patient ;-)
