[clamav-win32] Scanning files with unicode names

I find that libclamav does not support unicode filename in cl_scanfile API. To work around it, 

I open a unicode file using _wopen, and called cl_scandesc with the file descriptor. It works fine.

Can anyone think of any issue with this approach? Otherwise, let this help others who look for this info.
