[clamav-win32] Are the 0.90.2 security fixes in the Windows port ?

Im raking up the same question of the version difference in the ported code
off the development branch versus the ClamAV versions. The current source
code for the Windows port is as of 14/3/07. Would this have the security
fixes that went into ClamAV 0.90.2 ?

The security fixes are important to me, so if someone knowledgeable would
tell me the answer, I would be gratefull.
