[clamav-win32] Has Clamav-win32 regressed it's version?

Hi,

I compared ClamAV.msi versions, downloaded last month and today, from
w32.clamav.net and am confused.
Installing the ClamAV.msi downloaded July 10, 2007 reports:
C:\Program Files\clamAV>clamscan --version
ClamAV 0.91/3689/Tue Jul 17 08:02:12 2007

Downloading and installing the ClamAV.msi today (Aug10,2007) from
w32.vlamav.net reports:
C:\Program Files\clamAV>clamscan --version
ClamAV 0.91/2839/Wed Mar 14 05:24:32 2007

I'd expect 0.91/2893 to be older then 0.91/3689, did the version regress
accidentally or did 3689 simply have to many problems (or am I simply
wrong)?
