I recommend use together Spyware Terminator + Bitdefender 8 do eliminate the
virus, trojans, spyware etc.

First you use the rules of Spyware Terminator with profound examination,
after this you use the Bitdefender scan profound examination but configured

I can not promess 100% elimination, but all the time the results habe been
very good.
