[clamav-win32] Oversized.zip and Suspect.zip after upgrade to 0.92

This has been covered recently in the clamav-users mailing list - I suggest
looking through the archives of that, and if you can't find the answer then
ask there, since it's a general clamAV question rather than a question
related solely to Windows.
