Not very often. Only 4-5 times a day. Not a big problem. Only, lets say a flaw.

You are right. It dosn't made it better. I switched back to /tmp and ramdisk due to performance.

Logging verbosly dosn't work too. No mor einfo in the logs. So I decided to change the option "OnFail" to "accept" in clamav-milter.conf.
It's workaround, and when it fails theese 4-5 times a day, the mail dosn't get rejected by the milter.
