Yes it is - but the OP asked here as he was having problems with this list.

Yes it's a local config problem (he needs to turn off DKIM, or at least turn it down to the point where it's virtually useless), but it's a hard stretch to say it's nothing to do with DKIM since DKIM *IS* his problem !
