the suggestion sounds good but could you be more precise?
I only found this options in clamav-milter.conf:

LogFile
 -> enable
LogFileMaxSize (The logger will be automatically disabled if the file is greater)
 -> disabled
LogSyslog
 -> disabled

But notthing for rotation.
