[clamav-users] Who can I contact because of inconsitent mirrors?

My Logfiles show, that there are still some more mirrors having problems:
29 46.4.205.40 (* Still removed by your devops)
32 62.245.181.53
50 88.198.17.100
(The number before each ip is the amount of fails for october)
And since these ips also showed up in september (see below) i guess they
are gone?
12 46.4.205.40 (* Still removed by your devops)
25 62.245.181.53
45 88.198.17.100
