yes, we have them there, but we do not want to keep them there.  We’d much rather that people set up a local mirror (private mirror) to allow one machine that does have Internet access to download them from our mirror infrastructure, and you can distribute it from your machine.  We don’t want people downloading them directly from our local mirror.
