Hi,

Thank you Shaun for your reply.

Al Varnell. Yes I will pass that over but at the moment I'm reviewing
customers emails because the impact we are facing with the false positive
is so massive that we would need to have a team of 4-5 people full time
working only on false positives. It's not the matter of one or 2 messages
but hundreds every day. Most of them are coming from the retailers - very
well known - so I'm really surprised they have been triggered. So I think
in our case - I'm afraid - we will just disable heuristic checks or go for
any paid solution as they are causing more problems than giving profits.
It's the same with viruses. Customers' av desktop software is catching
viruses our ClamAV says the message is clean. Checked on the internet with
Symantec, AVG, McAfee all of them found viruses. So I'm pretty disappointed
as I always considered ClamAV as a very reliable solution.

Just to make things clear I'm not complaining. I admire all the people
making ClamAV and maintain it because they don't have easy job. I'm just
saying it's not fitted perfectly into our need.

Regards.
