[clamav-users] clamd stops working - No stats for Database check - - forcing reload - stops

/var/run/clamav/clamd.pid   belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 664
/var/db/clamav is a link to /tmp/clamav_db (because of HDD space)  and
both belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: l755
/var/run/clamav/clamd.sock belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: s666


in /tmp/clamav_db:
bytecode.cld	belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 644
cd		belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 644
daily.cld	belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 644
main.cvd 	belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 664
mirrors.dat	belongs to clamav:clamav  rights: 640

some settings I have changed:
MaxdirectoryRecursion 20  (Default 15)
#Run as another user......
User clamav		#because clamav is the user for clamd

Limits:
MaxScanSize = 50M      #because small vServer

the rest are default settings.

never seen this error before,
can you may check if the database files are owned by the clamav user?
