To expand on that bit:

rsync -v rsync://rsync.sanesecurity.net/sanesecurity/hackingteam.hsb
/tmp/hackingteam.hsb
clamscan --database=/tmp/hackingteam.hsb -ri /

The above will scan your complete filesystem, including mounted partitions.
