I don't think LocalSocket is a valid option for freshclam.conf. That 
should be set in clamd.conf.

Do you have a freshclam.conf file?  Your attachment had a header for it, 
but no contents.  If so, show us the contents.  If not, copy the 
freshclam.conf.sample file and adjust for your needs.
