Did you try

--enable-clamdtop=no
--enable-milter=no

or

--disable-clamdtop
--disable-milter

(see --disable-FEATURE).

Slackware was the first Linux I looked at but I haven't looked at it in 20+ years. Sure was a rough diamond back then.
