Definitely nothing special. cpubenchmark.net puts it at about 8x slower
than my newer system (the PII-400 isn't even on their lists...). Sounds
like you either need to trim back on the use of 3rd-party sigs or deal
with the 5 minute reload time. Or upgrade the server, of course...
