[clamav-users] Block files based on their types

I use a mail server which uses clamav to scan mails. 

I want to be able to use clamav to filter attachements based on their type (and not their extension) (like file command in UNIX or magic mime in apache). 

I was wondering if clamav has such feature to stop certain file types, for example executable files even if they are not malware.
