[clamav-users] Unable to run freshclam on Debian Jessie

Ok, I installed ClamAV on Debian Jessie using the command:

sudo apt-get install clamav clamav-daemon

Next I tried to update the database:

sudo freshclam

The following error messages came up:

ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log)

Could someone tell me how to fix the above? Thanks.
