I just made another attempt but this time using Safari instead of
Firefox. I received the very same email, subject stating Successfully
processed. But the body of the email stating I need to zip using a
password, then resubmit. Did this attempt register?

The command I am using to zip are as follows:

$ zip -e invoice_scan.zip /Users/kristen/Desktop/invoice_SCAN_XvBwrS.zip
Enter password:
Verify password:
  adding: Users/kristen/Desktop/invoice_SCAN_XvBwrS.zip (stored 0%)

The file I submitted is invoice_scan.zip, which should require a
password. It does on my end

Ideas?
