Hi All

I am running Microsoft Windows Version 10.0.14393. I have got as far as getting freshclam successfully running as a daemon and I am using the following options:

--debug --log="C:\Program Files\ClamAV-x64\logs\freshclam.log" --datadir="C:\Program Files\ClamAV-x64\database" --daemon --pid="C:\Program Files\ClamAV-x64\clam.pid" --checks=96 --daemon-notify="C:\Program Files\ClamAV-x64\clamd.conf" --config-file="C:\Program Files\ClamAV-x64\freshclam.conf"

I would now like to turn this into a service. I have found Sc create<https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc990289(v=ws.11).aspx#BKMK_examples> useful and I can create the service but when I enter my parameters it goes bang and I have no idea what to do next. Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to get any and all of clamav's daemons running as services under Windows please. When freshclam is running as a daemon, I do see it as a background task using Task Manager.

Thanks for everyone's help.

Best regards,

Andrew
