the asterisk packages are also split :-)

and it#s a good thing to do becuase oftne those subpackages have 
dependencies which have otehr dependencies and so you install a ton of 
stuff which you never sue

with the split in subpackages it's easy to srtip own most servers far 
below 1 GB disk usage and updates are less frequently and smaller
