What is failing ?

Does your local mirror update ?
If not, post logs from freshclam showing the failures to update.
Also post your freshclam config.

If your local mirror does update, then we assume your local clients are failing to update from your mirror.
If that is the case, post the freshclam logs from a failing client, and it's config.
