it's pretty easy: take /var/lib/clamav on a machine with freshclam and 
internet access and trasnfer it however to the target machine, that 
works also fine in a network where you need only to download that stuff 
once and deploy it with rsync-over-ssh and private-keys instead procude 
load on the servers for each and every machine
