[clamav-users] ubuntu xenial non-free?

Hello
I´ve seen there is an plugin for ClamAv to scan RAR Archives.
To install it I shall enable the non-free repository but I can´t find anything about how
to do that googling gives nothing.
Is there someone who can tell me how to enable the non-free repository in xenial?
