surely and just type "libclamunrar7 ubuntu" in a google search shows it 
as well as already said the repo is called "multiverse" on Ubuntu

frankly i don't get why a typical Ubuntu user is not capable to use a 
search-machine and chose the right support channel for his distro 
specific stuff
