Several times my client would start a daily.cld only to have the connection terminated by the server. The data speed was very low - after 10 minutes a daily.cld file would be at 40%. Because the daily.cld file was not current the attempt to dl a diff file would begin immediately.

I think it unwise to have mirrors in Germany and Spain included in the db.us.clamav.net<http://db.us.clamav.net> RR, and the cdiff files should not be available until the corresponding daily.cld file is already available else these loops will happen.
