[clamav-users] Corrupt database and failure to start

The simplest thing you can do in the short term is not download the
offending database.  Then at your leisure you can find or write a
simple script, which tests the downloaded database and only installs
it for ClamAV if it passes the test.  I believe you might find a link
to such a script on the Sanesecurity Website.
