[clamav-users] Clamd at scan scanning questions [rhel 4.8.5]

Hi,

I have two questions.
1.
I have clamd at scan deamon running on my syste and to test I have created EICAR file with string. Now, it is running every 600 sec. but when I check clamd.log , all I see is “SelfCheck: Database status OK.” . no sign of scanning. Or path that which is being scanned. So please let me know if I am missing some configuration.
2.
I also see line given below in clamd.log.It would be great if someone can provide detail regarding that.

 -> WARNING: Control message truncated, no control data received, 9 bytes read(Is SELinux/AppArmor enabled, and blocking file descriptor passing?)
-> WARNING: Error condition on fd 11
