[clamav-users] question about fale positives

I submitted a possible false positive via the clamav.net site on Wednesday.  I have not heard anything back, not even a confirmation that the submission was received.  What is the timeframe that I should expect to get some sort of response?  Is there any way to get a contact information to email or follow up?
