In one of three ways:

a) Patiently wait until EPEL gets around to update its ClamAV packages.

b) Yell at^W^WPolitely ask the EPEL maintainers to update the ClamAV
packages and *then* patiently wait until they get around to it.

c) Compile ClamAV from source.

Personally I'd recommend a).
