bad enough that you can't distinct in the config between encrypted zip 
arhgcives and encrypted PDF attachments but fact is that 
Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF hits on ordinary PDF attachments

sadly i can't disclose the file in front of me but it's not the first 
time and a testbase over enough random PDF files should show that
