[clamav-users] Missing /etc/clamd.conf on fedora

yes packages

rpm -q --file /etc/clamd.d/scan.conf
clamav-scanner-0.99.4-1.fc26.noarch

rpm -q --file /usr/lib/systemd/system/clamd at .service
clamav-server-systemd-0.99.4-1.fc26.noarch
