[clamav-users] Error Condition

Hi Peter,

It's a little tough to say. It appears that clamd.exe reported some sort of errors reading from the TCP socket used to receive commands from clamdscan and/or freshclam (or perhaps other applications). Two different connections reported errors, so I suspect it wasn't the freshclam connection notifying clamd about the updated database.

Perhaps clamdscan (or other applications) had active connections to clamd while it was reloading the database and those connections timed out or something? There is a fairly long delay in scanning capability when clamd goes to reload the database.

Regards,
Micah

I have just transferred our Icewarp server to a VM system, and all appears to be working correctly, I update the database every 24 hours and since transferring to a VM system I get this in my logs after running the update.
