[clamav-users] False Positives

I have just had an overnight scan result in the following (example):

{7A52CF1E-8DF0-405E-A047-6B8247E0B2B3}.eml: Doc.Malware.Sagent-6865733-0 
FOUND

The thing is that file is an email file (from Thunderbird) with a MS 
Word .DOC attachment that:

a,   *I* composed (so is definitely not a virus) and
b,   is 3 years old and never detected before.

(I am not uploading it virusscan as the document (a CV/resume) contains 
private information.)

Can we have this signature reviewed or removed please.
