[clamav-users] Problem to update virus database

Many thanks and sorry, I may not have explained fully

We do not run or test using root. It is always run as clamav and is integrated into a hosting control panel. So is very easy to stop start restart as correct user (clamav)

Only sys admins has access to full server which we are
