There are several DOH severs.
You could also try:
curl -H 'accept: application/dns-json' '
https://dns.google.com/resolve?name=current.cvd.clamav.net&type=A'
... or even just:
curl 'https://dns.google.com/resolve?name=current.cvd.clamav.net&type=A'
