[clamav-users] freshclam reports 403

Hi list,

for some time i get 403 when updating definitions with freshclam.

The requests are blocked by clamav rules on cloudflare:

# curl -k https://database.clamav.net/daily-25788.cdiff

error code: 1020

The system checks for updates every 2h with 5 attempts. What qualifies for getting blocked?

What is the procedure to get unblocked?
