[clamav-users] Error on Freshclam

Please will you post your freshclam.conf?

What operating system and distribution are you using?

Are you working behind a firewall (and if so what is it)?

How (a package, or built from source) and when did you install clamav?

What are your versions of curl/libcurl/openssl and are you sure that
freshclam is using them?

How are you running freshclam (command line, crontab, daemon, etc.)?
Please may we see the command line and/or script?

Has this version of freshclam ever behaved as you expected?  (Has it
ever updated any databases?  The last post from you to this list that
I found was from April 2007!)

If you haven't included all switches --stdout --verbose and --debug in
the freshclam command now might be a good time to add them, and also
pipe both stderr and stdout to a file for posting here.
