why?
ubuntu provides clamav itself, integrated.
Do you want to take care of it since now (forever)?

It is possible, but it should be easier to backport clamav e.g. version
0.103 from hirsute. That way, when newer version appears in ubuntu
repository, it may get upgraded so you won't have to care.
