[clamav-users] freshclam leaving files in /tmp

debian uses (/var)/run/clamav/ for this. 

the default is I guess specified by --runstatedir, which is default
--localstatedir /run , where --localstatedir is by default /var

if you change the defaults, it's better to know why and how
