RHEL/Centos-6 went EOL about 5 months ago. Your system hasn't gotten
any updates, including security patches and releases, since then.
It's also no longer supported by EPEL. So, your system likely has
security vulnerabilities rather greater than viruses.

The clamav 0.103.2 packages are available from EPEL for RHEL/Centos-7.

You could download the 0.103.2 package from clamav.net and see if it
will compile and run on your system.
