103.2 and 103.3 are much more respectful to bandwidth than any past version.  We’ve been working with Cloudflare on the development of a feature that is exactly optimized to handle these changes, and they are almost ready to deploy it.  We’ve tested it out and it works well, so we’re just waiting on a few more updates.
