[clamav-users] Unable to start clamd daemon

Instead of disabling SELinux and losing all the benefits it provides, you
should tell it to allow clamd to run.  As the installation instructions say:

sudo setsebool -P antivirus_can_scan_system 1

Re-enable SELinux and try that to see if clamd will start.
