[clamav-users] "403: Forbidden" from website

I’m not sure what the file is.  The URL in which I’m interested is http://www.clamav.net/downloads/. I tried to add index.html to the URL but that didn’t work but when wget retrieves just http://www.clamav.net/downloads/, the filename it uses is index.html.
