[clamav-users] --exclude issue

Hello
I am new to ClamAV.
I wanted to scan and exclude a few files. Since files with the same name
were located in various places I decided to provide the absolute path.
For some reason it did not take effect.
What I did wrong? Is my symantec wrong?
Here's my example:

clamscan  --recursive C:\ D:\ E:\ --log=%LOG% --quiet --exclude="C:\Program
Files\rempl\osrrb.exe" --exclude="C:\Windows\SysWOW64\sechost.dll"
