[clamav-users] problem for freshclam

no i don't understand how to use synaptic package manager why ?

why i need to reinstall ?

what is the permission for /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log ?

mine is 775,

do you know how to use sanaptic package manager ?
there might be some forced versions on there for you  to use if you have thought
about reinstalling
sanaptic certainly would tell us what versions you have of clam
which could only be a good thing :)

reinstalling might get rid of a lot of the erros or than again it might not
but worth some thought

clamav
clam base
fresh clam
clam tk  and so on
