[clamav-users] on my microsoft windows with both edited freshclam.conf and clamd.conf unfornately i can't update and i can't scan

Please read the first five lines of the FreshClam.conf file.  You have to at least try do configure Dorian.  The mailing lists are not place for us to do your work for you.
