[clamav-users] Upgrade to 1.0.0

Hi,

Understand, i'm on SID knowing the trouble it could lead me to, but fact 
is, clamav was able to verify databases after that update.

How i got there? i started to update every livrary on ldd 
/usr/sbin/clamd and tested after each to know which one would it be.
